1. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan, through the Capital Outlay (PR#2024-02-0772) intends to apply the sum of Ninety-Five Million Pesos (P95, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of One (1) unit MRI Scanner at Provincial Governor-s Office, Lingayen, Pangasinan (for the use of the Hospitals).
