SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT BRAND NEW BUS
The Local Government Unit of Canlaon City intends to procure the project “Supply and Delivery of one (1) unit Brand New Bus” for the use of the City Mayor-s Office, Canlaon City, with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Four Million, Nine Hundred Ninety-five Thousand Pesos (P4, 995, 000.00).
The Local Government Unit of Canlaon City, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the above-mentioned project.
The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for two failed biddings, pursuant to Section 64.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 12009.
