Description : 1) The Municipality of Impasugong, through the 5% LDRRMF-C2026-70% Preparedness-Capital Outlay-Purchase of 1 unit Ambulance intends to apply the sum Two Million Pesos (PhP2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Ambulance for Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Response. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Impasugong now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Brand New Unit Ambulance for Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Response. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
