INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) SET INTRACRANIAL PRESSURE (ICP) MONITOR
1) The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center, through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 3, 350, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of One (1) Set Intracranial Pressure (ICP) Monitor. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of One (1) Set Intracranial Pressure (ICP) Monitor. The criterion for evaluation to determine the award of contract shall be Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as provided for in Section 58.2.a of RA 12009 and it-s IRR and Instruction to Bidders 26.3.a of Bidding Document (May 2025-First Edition).
