Icbc is interested in procurement and delivery of one (1) new electric powered forklift for the following location:

in order for suppliers to participate in this rfq icbc requires suppliers to attend a mandatory site visit. Details of the mandatory site visit are as follows:

date and time of the site visit: thursday july 11, 2019 10:00 a.m. Pacific time
due to limited amount of space, we kindly ask that you restrict the number of people coming from your company to one representative.
suppliers are to arrive 15 minutes prior and must sign the site visit attendance sheet to prove your attendance.
once suppliers attend the mandatory site visit and completes the supplier sign in sheet at the site visit, icbc will invite those supplier to participate in the rfq via the bonfire platform and receive all the applicable forms and appendices to be completed and upload to bonfire platform.
the objective of this procurement is to purchase the electric forklift to be used to move vehicles that cannot be driven or moved on icbc premise.
