1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 3, 455, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and delivery of one (1) lot Various Office Equipment (copier & duplicating machine) for the use of various offices/departments. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
