WHEREAS, the procurement at hand is the Supply & Delivery of Office Tables and Counter Desk for MTO and its Purchase Requests of MTO-793 dated May 7, 2024 with Approved Budget of Contract P81, 500.00 was received by the Bids and Awards Committee to form part of its procurement activities;
WHEREAS, in Rule XVI “ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF PROCUREMENT” under Section 52 Shopping and 53.9 Small Value Procurement whichever is applicable provided that it will not exceed the threshold of P200, 000.00 as prescribed in annex “H” for 1st Class Municipality such as the municipality of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya consistent with the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184 otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act, these methods are applicable;
