Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of Office Supplies for RHU Activities per Program in Gen. MacArthur, Eastern Samar.
The Municipality of Gen. MacArthur, through the LGU Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thirty One Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Pesos Only (Php 531, 890.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the supply and delivery of office supplies for the use of Municipal Local Government Unit. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of Gen. MacArthur now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement. Completion of work is required 20 calendar days. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
