Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATION
1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Municipal Government of Kabayan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR MLGU USE in accordance with section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (R-IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is Five Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Seven Pesos (PhP 587, 127.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes.
3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC-Secretariat at the 2nd Floor Municipal Building, Poblacion, Kabayan, Benguet from April 17-May 6, 2025, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00P.M.
