INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of Office Supplies
1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF SANTA MARCELA, through the GENERAL FUND 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED ONE PESOS AND 12/100 (Php 1, 650, 701.12) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Office Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF SANTA MARCELA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
