INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE SUPPLIES
1) The Local Government Unit - Dolores, through the Office Supplies (MOOE) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Eighty Thousand Ninety-Two Pesos (Php1, 780, 092.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Office Supplies/PB-G-26-008. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit - Dolores now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Office Supplies using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). Delivery of the Goods is required thirty (30) calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
