1) The Province of Guimaras through the OFFICE SUPPLIES EXPENSE ( 502-03-010) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Five Pesos Only (₱ 190, 745.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE SUPPLIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Province of Guimaras now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE SUPPLIES using the Lowest Calculated Bid as the Award Criteria and None for the (10) calendar days upon receipt of approved NTP. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
