Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
Supply and Delivery of Office Furniture
1) The Department of Budget and Management (DBM)-Central Office, through the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA), intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Pesos (P11, 974, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Supply and Delivery of Office Furniture”. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DBM-Central Office now invites bids for the “Supply and Delivery of Office Furniture” as specified in Sections VI (Schedule of Requirements) and VII (Technical Specifications) of the Bidding Documents. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed, at least within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, i.e., May 26, 2021 to May 25, 2026, contracts similar to the Project.
