1) The City of Iloilo through the Other Maintenance and Operating Expenses intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Forty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Pesos (₱3, 547, 270.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
