Description : Description
1. The Local Government Unit Of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, through General Funds of MSWDO intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred pesos only (PhP 267, 400.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Office Equipment for MSWD Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Supply and Delivery of Office Equipment is required after the receipt of purchase order. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
3. A Request for Quotation may be acquired by interested Bidders on July 02, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to July 07, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
