1. The Municipality of Marihatag, Surigao del Sur intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND PESOS (P403, 000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT (LAPTOPS AND PRINTERS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Delivery of the Goods is required within seven (7) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least one year (1) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
