Description : The Department of Agriculture-RFO 3, invites interested suppliers to submit quotations/proposals for the hereunder requirement, to wit:
INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT TO BE USED IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VARIOUS RICE R4D PROJECTS IN CENTRAL LUZON
1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT for the Year 2026 intends to apply the sum; ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX PESOS (P 1, 328, 386.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DA3-2026-02-0574. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
