April 30, 2024 - 9:00 AM - Submission/Opening of bids at the Office of the BAC Chairman - Mun. Hall Tagkawayan, Quezon.
Complete bidding documents may be purchased by the interested bidder from Ma. Ricca Alim D. Pineda upon payment of non-refundable amount of P 1, 000.00.
The bidding will be conducted thru open competitive procedures using pass/fail criteria which shall be used to interested bidders based on the approved scheduled activities.
It is expected that all participating bidders are well aware of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
We are also inviting at-least two non-government organization to attend the said bidding as observers provided that they are registered at SEC and with knowledge, expertise and experience in the subject procurement and with no direct interest to the subject to be out.
The LGU reserves the right to reject any or all bids offer, to waive any defect and in formalities found therein, and to accept only such bids/offers that are advantageous to the agency.
