INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of Office and Other Supplies
1) The Local Government of Llorente, through the Budget Approved by the Respective Sanggunian (FY 2026) intends to apply the sum of Six hundred eighty six thousand nine hundred thirteen pesos and 56/100 (Php 686, 913.56) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Office and Other Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government of Llorente now invites bids for Office and Other Supplies with a total of 164 items with various description stated in Section VI Schedule of Requirements. Delivery of the Goods is required by 10 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
