SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE AND I.T. SUPPLIES FOR VARIOUS OFFICES BATCH - II
1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian for CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-THREE PESOS AND THIRTY-FIVE CENTAVOS (P 1, 145, 743.35), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE AND I.T. SUPPLIES FOR VARIOUS OFFICES BATCH - II, 2026-117-GDS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, now invites bids for the above-mentioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
