FOR THE Supply and Delivery of Office and I.C.T. Equipment for use of Various Offices
1) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro, through the 2026 Appropriations Ordinance (GAD/Trust Fund) intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Two Pesos and 14/100 (Php1, 416, 552.14) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Office and I.C.T. Equipment for use of Various Offices (Ref. No. 158-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro now invites bids for the supply and delivery of office and various I.C.T. equipment. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
