The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL CALABARZON REGION CAMPUS (PSHS-CBZRC) intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (PhP130, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to pay for the contract for the Project: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TOP LOADING BALANCE / PRESICION BALANCE
1. The PSHS-CBZRC now invites qualified suppliers/dealers/manufactures to submit price quotations for the above item with the following specifications:
1.1 4 sets of Top Loading Balance / Precision Balance. See attached Quotation Form for details and specification. Delivery at Batangas City.
2. Procurement will be conducted through one of the Alternative Modes of Procurement the -A"Government Procurement Reform Act-A
