1. The Department of Education, Schools Division of Pasay City, through the Sub-ARO No. RO-NCR-26-00259 dated April 13, 2026, intends to apply the sum of Twenty-One Million Three Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand One Hundred Sixty Pesos only (Php21, 368, 160.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Nutritious Food Products for School Based Feeding Program SY 2026-2027 (SDOPC-2026-06-001-PB). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Education, Schools Division of Pasay City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project described under the duly signed and approved Purchase Request No. 2026-06-38-PB dated May 8, 2026. Completion of services is required for seventy-six (76) days duration.
