1. The Bureau of Animal Industry, through the GAA Fund intends to apply the sum of the following:

Total Approved Budget for the Contract Php 4, 995, 000.00
being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Nucleic Acid Purification Kit (Second Posting) under IB No. 2025-123 (B2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bureau of Animal Industry now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 90 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed for Lot 1 and Staggered delivery for Lot 2.
