Description : 1. The Northern Mindanao Medical Center, through the General Appropriations Act 2026, and Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Forty Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Pesos
(Php 12, 040, 720.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Nuclear Medicine Supplies Through Framework Agreement. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Northern Mindanao Medical Center now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Nuclear Medicine Supplies using Single Year Framework Agreement. Delivery of the Goods is required within ten (10) calendar days upon receipt of a Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
