1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the HVCDP- 2026 CURRENT FUND intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Forty-six Thousand Pesos Only (P1, 646, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Noodle Processing Equipment”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the goods shall be within Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
