1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office V, through the General
Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION PESOS
(PhP.4, 000.000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for Supply and delivery of Purchase of non-reversible grid-top deck
type plastic pallets for DSWD FO V. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office V now invites bids
for Supply and delivery of non-reversible grid-top deck type plastic pallets for
DSWD FO V using Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30
calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed,
at least Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts
