Project Description : 1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors. 2. The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking interested proponents for the supply and delivery of NFPA- compliant fitness wear clothing. There are two schedules in this RFP:Schedule A - Regular T-Shirt and ShortsSchedule B - Sweatshirt and Sweatpants3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of one (1) year. The Agreement(s) may be renewed, four (4) times for two (2) years each time, not to exceed of nine (9) years.
