Description : 1. The Northern Mindanao Medical Center, through the General Appropriations Act 2026, and Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (Php 4, 921, 900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Next Generation of Firewall and Endpoint Security. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Northern Mindanao Medical Center now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Next Generation of Firewall and Endpoint Security. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of a Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
