I. REQUIREMENTS:
Refer to Annex “C” - IT Technical Requirements
II. TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days after delivery and only upon the submission of the required supporting documents, i.e. Delivery Receipt and Service Invoice or Official Receipt, by the supplier, contractor, or consultant. In case of accounts maintained in banks other than Landbank of the Philippines, bank transfer fees shall be chargeable against the creditor-s account.
III. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS and ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:
The project shall be deemed complete and acceptable upon fulfillment stated in the Annex “C” - IT Technical Requirements
