Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MOTOR VEHICLE FOR THE OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR
1) The Municipality of San Ildefonso, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MOTOR VEHICLE FOR THE OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Ildefonso now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Motor Vehicle for the Office of the Municipal Mayor using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required sixty (60) working days. Bidders should have completed, at least three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
