Description : 1. The City Government of Naga, Cebu, through the General Fund 2024, intends to apply the sum being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of the project:

IB No. 2024-GOODS-3(03): Supply and Delivery of Medicines for VMCH CHO (2nd Qtr) 2024 at City of Naga, Cebu

Delivery Period: 30 CD

Approved Budget of the Contract (Php): 7, 434, 056.00

Non-Refundable Bid Fees (Php): 10, 000.00

Source of Funds: General Fund 2024

*Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) hereby invites all interested PhilGEPS registered contractors, and bidders to submit proposals and bids for the project. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to this Project, equivalent to at least fifty (50%) of the ABC. However, in the case of Expendables Supplies, said SLCC must be at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC.
