Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINES & SUPPLIES
1. The Local Government of Maconacon, Isabela, through 2026 MOOE and as per Authority for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINES AND SUPPLIES intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIVE PESOS (Php 1, 699, 405.00.00). being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINES AND SUPPLIES”. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Maconacon, Isabela now invites bids for the “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS MEDICINES AND SUPPLIES” is required for a
contract duration of 15 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
