Description : Description
1. The Local Government Unit Of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, through GAD General Fund of MHO intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ten Thousand pesos only (PhP 210, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medicines for service users. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Supply and Delivery of Medicines is required after the receipt of purchase order. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
3. A Request for Quotation may be acquired by interested Bidders on April 29, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to May 05, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
