Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of Medicines for RQPS and MHO Second Bid Opening
1) The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich, through the General Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Twelve Pesos (PhP 1, 468, 612.00) PR # GF-2025-1310 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of Medicines for RQPS and MHO Second Bid Opening. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Medicines for RQPS and MHO Second Bid Opening. Delivery of the Goods is required Fifteen 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
