INVITATION TO SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROJECT:
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINES FOR MHO USE (SPECIAL FUND)
1. The Local Government Unit of Gubat, through its Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Pesos (₱ 267, 260.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medicines for MHO Use (Special Fund). Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of the Request for Quotation.
2. The Local Government Unit of Gubat now invites suppliers to submit price quotations for the above project. Delivery of the goods is required within 45 calendar days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
3. Interested SUPPLIERS may obtain or acquired further information from Local Government Unit of Gubat and inspect the Request for Quotation at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays.
