1) The Local Government Unit of Pagbilao Quezon, through the Approved Budget by the Sanggunian - GOP, General Fund, Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Pesos (2, 177, 450.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medicines (Konsulta (Primary Care Benefits) Program)/ 2026 B-06.430. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
