Supply and Delivery of Medicines for Family Planning/RHU

1. The Municipality of Silang, Cavite through the General Fund and GAD of 2024 intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php 913, 200) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF MEDICINES FOR FAMILY PLANNING/RHU. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Silang now invites bids for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF MEDICINES FOR FAMILY PLANNING/RHU. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days from receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within the period indicated from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
