FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINES
1) The Local Government Unit of Pili, Camarines Sur, through the RHU I - Drugs and Medicine Expense intend to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Two Pesos (₱ 1, 467, 902.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medicines / Contract Number DBM-2026-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Pili, Camarines Sur, now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Medicines. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
