1. The DAVAO REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (DRMC) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty-six Million One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-two Pesos and Seventy-nine Centavos (PhP166, 114, 822.79) from FY2026 GAA/Income as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DRMC now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is specified in the Section VI- Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed (SLCC) within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
