INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES
1. The Local Government of Alfonso Castañeda, through the GENERAL FUND 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Pesos Only (P 775, 460.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES (GOODS 2026-05). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Alfonso Castañeda now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 20 calendar days upon receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
