The Provincial Government of Pangasinan, through the Capital Outlay - Hospitals (PR#2026-06-03581) intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Eight Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (P12, 890, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medical Equipment at Provincial Hospital Management Services Office, Lingayen, Pangasinan (for use at Manaoag Community Hospital and Pangasinan Provincial Hospital). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
