Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Medical Equipment to National Dengue Control Unit.
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon submission of a written application to the Project Director at the address given below during normal working days from 1st June, 2023 to 27th June, 2023 from 9.00 am to 2.30 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 5, 000 (LKR Five Thousand only). The payment will be deposited to the Director General Health Services, Bank of Ceylon, Thaprobane Branch Account No: 7040244 and receipt to be produced to collect the Bidding Document.
All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid-Security of LKR 250, 000 (LKR Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand only).
