1. The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the Special Education Fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (P 280, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Medals for Congressional District Meet 2026. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotations.
2. The PGNE now invites Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) registered Suppliers to quote for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by seven (7) calendar days as per schedule of activites.
