Supply and delivery of meals in cold connection for the school restaurant and leisure reception without accommodation in the town of Lignan sur Orb The City of Lignan-sur-Orb is looking for a service provider capable of providing cold meals meeting the most recent nutritional and dietary standards for students attending the city's school and out-of-school establishments. Meals must be adapted to the specific needs of school-age children, in accordance with the recommendations of the National Nutrition and Health Program (PNNS) and the directives issued by the competent health authorities. The required service includes the supply, preparation and delivery of balanced, varied and tasty meals, respecting rigorously follows the rules of hygiene and food safety. Meals should include portions appropriate for different age groups of diners. In addition, the service provider must guarantee complete traceability of the products used, as well as rigorous management of the cold chain throughout the delivery process.
