INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEALS AND SNACKS FOR THE USE OF GOVERNOR-S OFFICE
1) The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund 2026, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Twenty-Five Pesos (P 2, 000, 025.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks for use of Governor-s Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PGNE now invites bids for the above procurement project. Delivery of the Goods is required by one hundred fifty (150) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
