INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEALS AND SNACKS
1. The Local Government Unit of Gainza, through the Budget Approved by the Sanggunian 2026 (Php919, 800.00) and PMNP PBG Tranche 2 Fund (Php403, 132.64) intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Thirty-Two Pesos and 64/100(Php1, 322, 032.64) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEALS AND SNACKS/2026-04-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Gainza, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Budget Approved by the Sanggunian 2026 (Php919, 800.00) and PMNP PBG Tranche 2 Fund (Php403, 132.64) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Forty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (Php2, 046, 300.00) only corresponding to the total cost of each item to be bid out.
