SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEALS AND SNACKS FOR THE REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF 82-FOOTER HANDLINE FISHING BOAT
1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Maconacon, Isabela Bids and Award Committee (BAC) invite PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY MEALS AND SNACKS FOR THE REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF 82-FOOTER HANDLINE FISHING BOAT in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (Revised IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX THOUSAND PESOS (Php 256, 000.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes.
3. The Procurement Project is composed of One (1) Lot, the details of which are described in
