INVITATION TO BID FOR

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEALS AND SNACKS FOR PSWDO LINGKOD-LINGAP AND MALASAKIT PROGRAM (RICE DISTRIBUTION) (FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT)

1. The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the General Fund 2024, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos (P 4, 975, 425.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.

2. The PGNE now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks for PSWDO Lingkod-Lingap and Malasakit Program (Rice Distribution) (Framework Agreement). Delivery of the Goods is required by the number of day(s) as specified per schedule of activity(ies) upon receipt of a Call-Off.
