The City Government of Lipa, through the Current Year Appropriation 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (P2, 999, 950.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEALS AND SNACKS TO BE SERVED DURING THE CONDUCT OF EMPLOYEES TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AND GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, with Project Identification Number-2026-08-1057.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
